Terms of Use
About Tactile Library
Tactile Library is a reference website provided by American Thermoform Corporation and Zychem for tactile graphics using swell paper. It brings together links to graphic collections, specialist guidance, frequently asked questions and information about relevant products.
The website does not accept graphic uploads, operate a member community or provide a hosted collection of downloadable graphics. An account is not required to browse its resources.
External resources and permissions
Graphic collections, publications and services linked from Tactile Library are maintained by their respective providers. Their availability, registration requirements, fees, accessibility and terms of use may change.
Each provider determines the permissions that apply to its materials, including downloading, printing, adaptation, attribution, redistribution and commercial use. A link from Tactile Library does not grant permission to use another provider’s content. Materials available online are not necessarily in the public domain or available for unrestricted use.
Questions about a particular graphic, its suitability or its permitted use should be directed to the organization that provides it. Inclusion on this website does not mean that we have tested or certified every resource or that the provider endorses our products.
Guidance and product information
The information on this website is intended as a general reference. The selection and design of tactile graphics depend on the reader, the subject matter and the intended use. Specialist guidance and applicable standards remain important when developing accessible materials.
For equipment operation, printing and processing instructions, the relevant manufacturer’s current manuals and safety instructions take precedence. Product purchases, warranties and support are handled by the manufacturer or seller under its own terms.
Tactile Library identifies American Thermoform and Zychem as its providers and includes links to their products and other businesses in the American Thermoform family of companies.
Website content and intellectual property
Rights in the text, photographs, illustrations, logos and other materials displayed on this website remain with their respective owners. Except where a license or applicable law permits otherwise, permission is required to reproduce or redistribute protected material. You are welcome to share links to Tactile Library.
These terms apply to the reference website and do not retroactively change permissions previously granted for materials obtained from an earlier version of Tactile Library.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep this website useful and accurate, but information and links may change. We do not guarantee that every resource will remain available, be free of errors or be suitable for every reader, printer or application. External websites are operated independently and are subject to their own policies.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how information relating to this website and associated communications is handled. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website and will revise the effective date when we do so.
